Dish descriptions, tags, and category labels are provided by stalls and may change without notice. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must independently verify ingredients directly with stall operators before placing orders.

3. No Absolute Warranty

Services are provided on an as-available basis. While Expecto works to maintain reliable uptime and order flow, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, absolute error-free performance, or guaranteed delivery timelines in all conditions.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

• Payment processing depends on UPI/banking/payment network availability.
• Delivery timings may be affected by scout availability, traffic, and campus access constraints.
• External service outages may impact notifications, authentication, or transaction confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expecto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, delays, third-party failures, or user-provided incorrect order/delivery details.
